Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Aura Index processes data provided by people joining the waitlist. It is a simple informational draft for the current landing page.

Data we collect
When you join the waitlist, we process your email address, selected form language, and technical signup metadata such as submission time and signup source.
At this stage, we do not ask for health data, precise location, or wellbeing journal information.
Why we process data
We use the data to manage the waitlist, send beta launch information, send important Aura Index updates, and handle unsubscribe or deletion requests.
The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting your email address through the form.
Loops and data recipients
We use Loops to handle the form and mailing list. Loops processes data on our behalf as a newsletter tool provider.
We do not sell your data. We may share data only with technical providers needed to operate the website and waitlist, or where required by law.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some technical providers, including email tools, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we use appropriate safeguards, such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
We keep the data until the app launch and waitlist operation are complete, until you withdraw consent, or until you ask us to delete your data.
We may keep minimal technical information for longer if necessary for security, accountability, or legal claims.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, and you can withdraw consent.
To exercise your rights, email privacy@auraindex.today. You may also lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
At this stage, the website does not need cookies for waitlist signup. If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and add the appropriate consent mechanism.

We may update this policy when the product, mailing list, or technical providers change. The current version will be available on this page.
